So I’m expecting a package today from UPS and last night I get one of those automated recordings on my voice mail from UPS because someone needs to be here to sign for it. Odd, UPS never calls to let me know there’s a package coming the next day, but hell, it’s good customer service, so I’ll take it. Then they unleash this beauty on me: “we do not specify times for delivery, so we ask that you be home between the hours of 8am and 9pm.”
Um, ok. Luckily I have the option of working from home, but 98% of people don’t. Someday I’m pretty sure I won’t, either…..what then?
